Features

Low centre of gravity The NAVIGATOR design provides the lowest possible centre of gravity without compromising clearance under the sprayer. The unique axle and frame design ensures excellent crop clearance, reducing crop damages to the absolute minimum. No brake rods or steering components are lower than the axle.

TurboFiller with TurboDeflector is a high-capacity chemical induction hopper, which makes chemical mixing fast, easy and safe. The unique TurboDeflector with powerful liquid circulation sets a new standard in chemical induction.

ManualTrack or IntelliTrack trailer steering options are available for row and horticultural cropping markets. The ManualTrack is used for track correction on slopes and for steering out of headlands. The precise IntelliTrack automatically tracks the trailer behind the tractor. It is a high-end steering drawbar concept offering a tight turning radius of only 6.0 m with safety.

HC 5500

A powerful user-friendly feature-packed controller. It is able to control more features and provide more information faster than comparable systems. The operator is instantly informed of the operational status and warned when vital parameters like pressure speed and rate are incorrect.

SmartValve

Easy to operate, All primary functions needed for filling or cleaning the sprayer are built into two handles located in the centre of the working zone. Logically placed handles with easy-to-read icons reduces the startup and operation time of the sprayer.

RinseTank

The 500 L RinseTank over the axle provides extra stability. Two optional rotating rinsing nozzles provide safe and efficient multi-step cleaning in the field. The filling and level indication is managed from the working zone.

CycloneFilter
A unique self-cleaning pressure filter with a highspeed cyclonic action that increases the cleaning capacity significantly. In addition, a boost function allowing the filter to be flushed when needed.

EasyClean filte

A high capacity suction filter monitored via a SafeSpray vacuum gauge, ensures the element is cleaned only when needed. Twist the lid 90°and this will close a main tank valve in the bottom of the filter and open the filter for inspection.

Pump
The liquid system is driven by a HARDI diaphragm pump, that is self-priming, able to run dry without damage, easy to service and has a grease-lubricated crankcase.

Frame

Unique design with long drawbar A long drawbar connects the tractor directly to the axle producing a strong pull from the axle design. The NAVIGATOR drawbar provides for good driving stability, absorbing vertical forces at high-speed. The drawbar is available as fixed hitch or swivel hitch for steering version.

ParaLift
A parallelogram lift system is standard, providing fast height control, excellent boom stability and crop clearance. An automatic mechanical transport lock supports the boom in transport.
